Since 1988 West Coast Mold & Engineering, Inc. has specialized in designing and building precision plastic injection molds for the aerospace, automotive, medical, outdoor furniture, marine and electrical industries. In 1995 we answered the need of our customers for a One Stop Facility by adding a custom molding division. This enables our customers to give us a part drawing and receive quality parts in a short time. Project Engineers do not have to spend time trying to coordinate multiple manufacturers to do one project; we can handle it from start to finish. We also provide prototype tools to ensure that the part is capable of providing all the functions necessary before building production type tooling. Our design team works with our customers in the beginning stages to help produce the best mold to achieve precise parts without going back multiple times to "tweak" dimensions. This saves our customers money and time.
